A ROES UPDATE

A ROES update will occur on September 10th at 9:00am EST.

We are separating the ROES client into two clients.

All of our sports products will be in the new UPIsport ROES while UPI ROES will contain all the other current products.

You may ask us “Why are you doing this?”

Well, the main reasons are:

• It will decrease the Template download time.
• Decrease application load time.
• Make job building faster and easier for you.

Please complete any jobs you have and send to the lab before 9:00am EST September 10th because when we upgrade the system all saved jobs will be lost.

Changes to expect with the update.

• You will have two roes clients, meaning two seprate icons on your desktop pointing to the roes you need.
• You do not have to choose one over the other, you can use both - this update just makes the building process faster for you.
• If you were using the sports catalog you will have to rebuild your packages
• Faster smoother client load time!
