How to Place a Digital Order

To place a digital order without use of any software. |

-Copy your image files to CD or DVD.
-Fill out a digital print order form. (Get it from our catalog or upilab.com)
-Add your package definitions to the form if you use them.
-Be sure to include a run sheet that lists the image filenames and the packages
or product you are ordering on each one.
-Send the CD/DVD and order form to the lab. |

The simplest way to place a digital order is to use ROES (Remote Order Entry System). |
| |
-Download the ROES software the UPI website.
-Click on Startup for ROES instructions.
-Call Customer Service for an account number if you do not have one.
-After entering you order in ROES, it will automatically be sent to the Lab.
-A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Use Oze Software to build you order and send it to the Lab. |

-Download OzE software from the the UPI website.
-Install it on your computer. It is valid for 30 days.
-Read the manuals included with the install for OzE instructions.
-OzE does not support automatic sending via the internet.
-OzE will make a CD that has all images and order information.
-Send the CD to the lab. |

Use Camlynx (by Photolynx) to prepare a school order for transmittal to the Lab. |
| |
-Call customer service to order a Camlynx CD and registration number.
-Prepare camera cards from a school roster for the shoot.
-Photograph and match the images to the names.
-Add packages and send a CD to the lab. |

Use the UPI website to upload images and place a digital order. |
| |
-Click Order Online on the www.upilab.com website.
-Fill out the form with all of your customer information.
-Add your packages and any additional instructions.
-Click Submit then click Send Images Online.
-Navigate to a directory on your computer where the images reside. Click select.
-Navigate to any other information (like an excel runsheet with filenames and packages)
-Send all images and runsheet information using Fileflow. |
